I've got an issue! (Obviously) haha. It's an arse to start from cold. Once warn its fine. People are directing me in the faulty injector direction.

Leak off test is as follows:

Procedure:

30 seconds at IDLE
30 seconds at 2500RPM
30 seconds at IDLE
30 seconds at 2500RPM
30 seconds at IDLE
30 seconds at 2500RPM
30 seconds at IDLE

Results:

Injector 1: 40ml
Injector 2: 43ml
Injector 3: 40ml
Injector 4: 36ml

I don't actually know if these are good are not??

I have since taken all injectors out. Number 3 looked like it was leaking past the copper washer.
Could this cause my problem?
I have replaced Injector 3 with another second hand one (looked a little worse for wear) but need to code it in, whats the best way to do it?

Car does start better with a little hiccup for a few seconds but at the moment I'm putting it down to the coding?

Forget about 'experts' who want you to buy new bits and pices - lokfor air leaks on the intake system first.

haha, I try not to listen to the 'experts' and if I do i'd rather try fixing it myself!

As for looking for leaks, whats the best way to try and find them?

How have you ruled out the glow plugs as the source of the problem?

Rob.
