    Posted: 04 Aug 2016 at 6:23pm
Hi All

I'm having a nightmare at the moment trying to source a replacement front bumper bracket. It's the bracket that bolts to the front wing to secure the corner of the bumper. I had the car in at Forza GB for 2 days whilst they tried to get one. They phoned Sytners in Newport and Nottingham but they were unable to identify the part. I've just spoken to the parts dept. in Sytners Cardiff and sent them photos and they are struggling as well.

How can it be so difficult to get such a simple part. Has anyone had to replace one and if so, do you still have the receipt with the part number on? Is it a Alpina specific part or standard BMW? Any help will be much appreciated.Cry

Hi Aggie
Pm me your last 7 digits of chassis & I'll see what I can come up with.
The part that you are replacing might have the part number on it.

Regards
Rich

Thanks for the reply. I've had a phone call from Forza and they have managed to identify the part. It's called a cable guide and the part number was on the piece that broke off. Just over £7 for a new one. Again, thanks for the reply.
