Welcome to our Forum.I think you can can use your car for 6 Months in the UK if living here.If you intend to stay longer, you must comply with UK Regulations for using your car---.This means you will have to have the car examined at an approved testing station-MOT- to see if it complys with UK Laws. You will have to change your registration Number JC-5761--for a GB plate. You must also show details of the UK Insurance you have  for this car.

The registration of this car is from Latvia if I am not wrong. Also it looks heavily modified. Is it yours? Or are you planning to buy it?
And the name is Marie-Noëlle or nick name MNL! NOT Marie or Noëlle alone

as soon as the UK comes into the UK and you know it will  be here for some time you MUST fill out the following application

https://www.gov.uk/notification-of-vehicle-arrivals-online-service-for-agents

when it comes to registering the vehicle, its quite straight forward as it will have a european certificate of conformity (BMW GB can supply this )

an inspection of the vehicle is not always required

the last import i made was a 2003 civic type R and no inspection was require

also, you'll have to have the vehicle insured at the point you want to register it through a UK insurance provider. as your car will have no UK plates, it will have to be insured on its chassis number. Once you are assigned a UK registration number you can switch the policy over

If the car has left the UK and come back after 6 months yes

If this is ever raised they will have to prove the car has left the UK
