Hi all,
If anyone is in need of you alloys refurbishing

I would recommend wheel rite in Chorley

The service I received was exceptional from the picking up off the wheel and dropping off.

The finish I can only say is perfect and haven't seen any better.

If anyone is thinking of having there wheels done drop me a PM and I will send you some pictures of the. Finished result,
He is also very reasonably priced

Thank you

I've used him in the past for my 18" 123d alloys, powder coated only. He wasn't VAT registered at the time.

I have also used AWR (Alloy Wheels Refurbished), in Bury for my Alpina Alloys with similar excellent results, powder coated and sprayed back to factory silver. £240 for 4 wheels with the wheels and tyres off and left at the premises for around a week.

I used the wheel specialist in Manchester in 2013

https://www.thewheelspecialist.co.uk/locations/manchester/

I don't remember the cost on top of my head, as we had 16 alloys for refurb... my ALPINA and the 2 Jags and Kiran's 320d
Only powder coating. It was a day job, apart from my D3, that they kept for 2 days, as they needed to do the caps as well to match the colour.

The 320d's alloys were horribly corroded at the time. After 3 years, they inevitably started again, as the driver has kerbed them.... Shocked
The 8 alloys of the 2 Jags are still in pristine condition after 3 years and despite the 80,000 miles they have done between them.
The 2 LH alloys of the ALPINA are kerbed, after a close contact with a kerb on a twisty road...Ouch so I should be going again some time in summer (after the ALPINA drive day in Germany, should I manage to go)
