Having just bought brand new BMW back box & CAT I have been informed the tail trim to back box are no longer available via Germany.
So
Has anyone got one to sell??
or
Anyone got link to BMW dealer in USA as they still do have them over there but seems notable to source direct via BMW dealers in UK.
How stupid!!!

Any help appreciated
Send pm

Thanks

I've bought stuff from BMW Houston North that's been shipped to the UK.  The contact I had was the parts manager Scott Dunham DunhamS1@autonation.com (281) 874-1550.  It was a while ago so he may not still be there.

I have had the same problem, I don't know whether its a standard size tailpipe but measures 68mm X 55mm. Was a new Exhaust when I bought the Car. The .ac-schnitzer End is a bit reminiscent of the Peco
Exhaust of the late fifties with single to twin exits. The price is excessive and I only want a stainless or chrome end. But not had any luck so far.

This is a round one I found which could perhaps be packed out on the 55mm side to fit.

I can see the only way will be to have one purpose made ala Cobra or similar which begs question why buy yhe original BMW exhaust in first place Cry

If this part is no longer available from BMW. Is it time the Z register started to get these items made.
I belonged to club Lotus for many years and they started getting parts made that were hard to get for the Elan register.
I just noticed your concours Chairman so can understand the need for originality.
