Do you have a BMW that competes in any form of Motorsport whether for fun with the club trackdays, sprints, hillclimbs, race, rally, drift etc and want to be part of the specially planned Motorsport Village at Gaydon on the 13th August - all the clubs and championships have been invited and we will have a special area dedicated near the museum.

Over the last year the Motorsport Register has been actively promoting BMWs within all types of the sport, Racing, Rallying, Sprints, Hillclimbs - the clubs Trackdays have also been very popular in recent years and 2017 have seen visits to Angelsey and Knockhill, adding to the regular Cadwell, Croft, Snetterton and Oulton dates – with Donington and Silverstone also popular days in the past.

Currently the space at the rear of the Museum has been reserved for the Motorsport display and a rolling road will be onsite – this will be used for one race series to check their cars and will be available for others to use during the day.  The plan is to profile and promote all the clubs that have BMW cars competing so that visitors can see them all in one place rather than search for them at shows like Autosport.

If you can let me know or the club office whether you wish to attend and the expected space you would need – this year there won’t be a charge for your club to attend but we would need to allocate a fee to each car/driver attending – costs will be, adult £13 (member) £17 (Non Member) with discounts for children and families.  There is also an annual membership option for MSA licence holders so many other advantages of joining a BMW MSA registered club.

Space for your trailers and tow vehicles has also been organised subject to size free of charge.

This is your opportunity to take part and show other BMW enthusiasts what you enjoy doing to your BMW and promote your club.

Please let me know as soon as possible so your space in the BMW Motorsport Village can be reserved and confirmed.  I look forward to seeing you and yours BMWs on the 13th August.

Many thanks
