I see that BMW have finally bitten the bullet, and produced a front heel drive car, in the form of the 2-Series Active Tourer - a mini MPV in disguise!

BMW 2-series Active Tourer revealed

Apart from the usual over-dependence on electronics it looks pretty good, but I wonder how their marketing men will manage to suddenly change course and promote FWD, rather than denigrating it?

I wonder though, how many miles of development have gone into this car, which is totally new from one end tothe other . . .

Here we are again BMW trying to fill another niche, but this time with an MPV and front wheel drive!

Talk about going against all of their principles of never producing a MPV and remaining true to their 'Ulimate Driving machine' tab line.

Not one for me either.
