There is no general meeting up point - just come to the show. Some groups/regions/forums may be meeting up and driving together - contact your favourite to see if they have something planned.

your question is quite a wide one as I guess you are appealing to people who have either chosen to display in the same group as you or are geographically close by.
Regrettably due to Data protection that kind of definitive information is not available. I do live in Sussex but am traveling before the event and know of no one from anywhere near here who is attending , sorry. |

Brian, I believe you told me you were travelling upon on Saturday? I think this gent meant "before the show". I took that to mean some time between the potential latest time to leave to arrive by 1000am to get in or before. With all the people taking the M40 or M1 up to Silverstone on Sunday for the Moto GP, I would imagine plenty of time needs to be given must be at a minimum 3 hours journey without any delays. Plus from Hemel Hempstead to well past Luton its a 50 mph ANPR limit on the M1 and I suspect that due to lots of Motorbike fans the M40 will have the mobile speed vans on bridges as often see when major Silverstone events on.

Rich, I think that it makes an change for many to have something fairly local, that may mean we see a lot of new or different people, which is great. The cost of fuel, accommodation, food, lemonade and tickets (which were reasonable) might impact on some. Come and say hello, havent seen you for a long time.

Hi Norman I do travel to some events if work doesn’t get in the way,but like you say with the way things are on fuel etc costs it will impact a lot of folk. I’m looking forward to it because from the email i receive from msv & what I’ve got from the club regarding the event there’s quite a bit going on. I am sure I’ll find you to come & say hello

Feedback is that a number of people with mobility issues or disabled found it a very long way to any facilities from where we are the 8 series amongst others were displaying. Seems there were no temporary toilets available, shame put a bit of a blight on a very good show.
