Engine warning light

   Hello everyone. 
I have a 2010, 1 series 116

This morning my engine management light came on the dashboard. It was half yellow and half not. I pulled over and turned the engine off and back on after a few seconds and the light had gone. Upon reading about this light it does say that the engine is running on half power. I’m just wondering if I should worry about this, and take it in to get checked over.

	Hi Luke You would need to get the car on a diagnostic check to read the error codes. This is something that you can’t ignore due to mot regulation. if the light is on when it goes for an mot it will be an instant failure Regards Rich
