The best way is to bring London to a complete stand still with all classic cars club descending and heading for Mr Khans office, then replicated in other major cities

Agreed - the government willl put you on the deviants register as a car enthusiast, and pass the database to the insurance companies, who will consider you an enhanced risk and slowly increase your premium!
