Get a BMW 'Electronic Troubleshooting' CD - they are often advertised on Ebay, and often come with parts list - Elektronic Tiel Katalogue - Repair manual, and other interesting things.  A long time ago I bought  my Z3 disks for about £10.

A Z3 is not just for Christmas - it's for life!

Hello Chaz, What Z4 model do you own and what's wrong with the car, or what are you planning to do?

If you're not already a member of the z4-forum.com sign up and have a search on there aswell. 👍

Sorry Doddsy, don't know how but I missed your post, but apologies for not replying earlier.

I've got a 2006 Z4 Si Sport (facelift model).

Specifically I want to add DRLs and a controller so want to make sure I'm picking up the right feeds.

However I just like to have an idea about these things to be honest.

Every car I've ever had I always make sure I've got Workshop manuals including wiring diagrams.

Hi Dodsy,
Thanks for that certainly the best I've seen, so far, seems a shame that isn't a traditional wiring diagram so you can see the whole thing with wire colours etc, ah well i suppose I just need move with the times I guess..

Thanks again
Chaz
