Hi
I have just recently joined your forum and wanted to get some advice. I have a rare BMW, and I dropped this off at a independent BMW Garage to have it serviced. I normally use main dealers. Whilst in the care of the garage, my car has been scratched. They have had the car (bumper) resprayed, but I am concerned the car will lose some value because of this. What is everyone's thought on this? |

If the respay was any good, no-one will know anyway. Perhaps you would have been happier to show the original scratched finish? At least your indie admitted blame, and did something about it, which is more than many BMW dealers would do! |

Fair play to the Garage for rectifying the damage, If its a good colour match, happy days ..
