Hi all, Thus far, I've been using a full-face helmet I had from when I had motorbikes, and fewer children. However, it is starting to get a bit old now, so I really should consider buying a new one. Do you have any recommendations as to where I could buy a an open-face helmet? The only place I can think of would be Demon Tweeks online. Is there anywhere in the North East that people know of, so I can try it on before buying? I would suggest that you check the requirement for the tracks or locations you wish to use, I believe some do not accept motorcycle helmets even new ones and some no open face at all. I have a helmet full face which complies for motorcycle competition but seems not acceptable for all car use. ------------- n |

Thanks Norrie. Thus far I've had no issues with my bike helmet at track days at Cadwell, Croft, Oulton Park or Donnington.
