Soooooo there it was !

Whit a weekend indeed..... Ill admit the words fail me to describe just how lucky we all were with the weather. It was stunning indeed..... The Saturday was blessed with glorious sunshine for the whole day. Blue sky ruled the day.

Would like to thank Isabelle Gary and Stevie for the organisation that went on behind the scenes for this weekend. It all came together perfectly... The miles were indeed full of smiles and the banter top notch.

Great weekend and good company....

WOW!!!!!!!!!!
What a great weekend we have had. I got home mid afternoon today and I just want to thank everyone who attended, you guys made this event SUPERB! What a great bunch of people who came up to join us in Scotland and were witness to some fantastic weather which highlighted the beauty of the highlands! The hospitality of the Scottish region members and the hotel made me so proud of what we achieved this weekend and I think we have taken the BMWcc weekends to another level! I hope everyone had a safe journey home.
Thanks to Gary, Stevie and the rest of the guys who made this event possible. I couldn't do it without you lot! ClapClap
So use this thread to post your photos and comments. I look forward to seeing them all! Big smile

What a weekend, I'm now regretting not getting the Monday off work to have attended the third day too

Thanks to Issy, Gary, Stevie for organising - I reckon the weekender meeting bar has been raised and will take some beating. It was also great to see so many travel up from England to attend

Great pics Gaz. Just like to say a big THANK YOU to the organisers of the highland fling weekend from Anne and myself, we both thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It was great to catch up with everyone again after my long absence. Also it was very nice to meet everyone who attended from south of the border. All in all I would say it was a very successful weekend. Well done the committee.🙌

Guys,  just to be clear there is currently NO 2016 event planned although this will be discussed in full at our AGM in November. I will be recommending to the members and committee that we look to do it again in 2017 if there is an appetite for it. This is what I agreed at the board meeting when I took it for Board approval.
You need to appreciate the amount of work involved in organising such an event alongside everything else we organise in the region I think to do it next year again would be overkill. We have been very fortunate that this first one has been a huge success and the standard has been set very high so we need to make sure if we do it again it can be a success again.
We also have something else on the cards for the centenary! Wink

Brilliant photos.
Would have loved to have made it to this but I don't think coming home from Florida 5 days early would have gone down well with Mrs Ham and the Kray twins.

Well done to the committee on putting it together. Looks like you've done the region proud.

Absolutely fantastic weekend huge thanks to Issy, Garry and Stevie for putting in the hard work. I'm sure a lot of the English visitors will understand why I have become an adopted member of the Scottish region and why I travel north so often after attending this weekend. The Scottish humour and such welcoming atmosphere is what brings me back every time and I have made some of my best friends through my visits to Scotland. I'm sure many more will feel the same after this fantastic weekend.
