This thread is to plan the 2016 Gaydon stand Date 14th August 2016. PLEASE KEEP IT ON TOPIC - GAYDON QUESTIONS ONLY PLEASE Its that time of year again! The show is still currently in
the planning stages for the 100 years of BMW so I don't have allot of information yet but I would
like to get an idea if there is interest on putting on a stand. Please only put your name down if you intend to attend the show and require a place on the stand. I'm not looking for maybes! Everyone is welcome to join us for the weekend trip however only BMWcc members may display on the Scottish Stand
( http://bmwcarclubgb.uk/account/join_us.html" rel="nofollow - click here to join club if required ) I will not be organising your stand tickets this will be your responsibility and I will post up the cost and the how to get them once the office publish the release date. We usually go down on the Friday
and some will come down on the Sat. It may also be worth adding
the day of travel just to let other folk know which day you plan to head
down and we will raise a separate threads for each of the fri/sat

As Stevie has said if he is taking his car he needs to call the office and add his name to the list but if he is going as a passenger he can buy a ticket on the day but wont be able to do that until 10am when the gate opens. -------------
