How can I tell which insurers are more likely to pay out when u need them than others? Are the ones connected to the car club good for this? I know the cheaper they are the less likely they are to pay. And any personal experiences would be greatly appreciated.

Decent insurers will pay out without problems if claim is correct and forms done - the companies used by the club are as far I know considered reputable and have heard no problems
