You will see that Lotus have been awarded the 13th team position and BMW have been given the currently non-existent 14th, they will apparently need to get permission from all of the other teams to add a further two cars to the grid for 2010

No way Qadbak would have committed to the purchase Or BMW AG would have announced the deal Unless --Max has given the nod.
 
With the Renault team perhaps going out of F1 together with Toyota places are there for Team Sauber BMW---plus just imagine FOTA saying NO to an existing member taking part in 2010.
 
The Big issue is---who will turn around the Saubers into race winning cars when the might of BMW AG could NOT?.
