Donington Park trackday - Sept 30th

It is a Racelogic Vbox Lite, a GPS system with two cameras.  The video is only half the story because there is a software package tells you all sorts about how you were driving - their website gives the details.  It is overkill for track-day use to be honest but it was very interesting when I was sharing the car, as it compares best laps and shows precisely where you are slower than them and why.

I bought mine from an ARDS instructor called Ben Elliott.  He sells them for retail price but throws in a days instruction.  I think he has to get ten orders together before he can offer the deal.

Sorry, I don't know how to embed the clip but the link should take you there.  If not search BMW Car Club Donington Park 2013.  My Vbox recorded 97 laps, which equates to two and half hours on track - there was no queuing at any point and always plenty of space on track.  

I have slimmed it down to 18 minutes where there is something of interest going on around me.  That is still feature length by You tube standards but it would have been more effort to make it really concise!
