Hi Kevin , many thanks for your comments mate , must say there has been points over the last year that I doubted the car would make it to any events!
I do have a slight problem with the car and would really appreciate talking it through when you get a second, I can't find your contact no. so if you wouldn't mind calling me , number is 07802 160137.

As I regretted selling my black E30 M3, I took over this car from David last weekend.  I have a few changes planned.

Neil

They're 17's I'm afraid.  I know 16's are supposed to be better but look at them! I just couldn't resist!

Museum is coming along nicely. LOL

I went an fired up my e23 earlier as I could really use the space it's taking up. It just looks too lovely though. It's in great condition but who wants a manual 728?

I have a set of nice Borbet A's in 16 should you want them, or know anyone, or wish to trade on the exhaust?

Apart from new wheels & tyres, no not really.

The ECU failed so I had to replace that and today I noticed the rad has sprung a leak & the alternator bushes have thrown the towel in.  I'm going to replace both tomorrow.

Neil has a Supersprint exhaust that's going on next Tuesday and I think I won a Pipercross induction kit in Performance BMW an issue or 2 ago. In which case, I'll be getting that.

All I want then is leather and a set of Bilsteins.

Oh and a carbonfibre airbox & Alpha N.

Mark - I will have a spare radiator and also suggest getting you some poly bushes for the alternator - see you next week
The guy with the leather seats says may have a problem bringing to Gaydon for you to see but working on him

Thanks guys.  I've had to do a few more jobs, now that it's getting used more regularly.  As Neil mentioned, I changed the alternator bushes, replaced the rad after it sprang a leak, replaced the fuel pump damper thingy and gave the whole car a thorough inspection. As a result I have a comprehensive ''to do'' list with a couple of more urgent jobs to do.

One thing I have got, was an extremely cheap Dastek Unichip piggy back ECU, that is brand new and cost a bargain 40 quid!  I am thinking of taking it down to Paul Sheppard at Circuit Motors in Chippenham.  I've heard lots of good things about the conversion.  Has anyone here used it?

I have, with the Rongineer RonBox, excellent conversion, not that much more power and torque (mine was up from 220 to 235) but much better throttle response....

Think about what you can do for the club, not what it can do for you...
