We are very excited to have secured a stunning location for this year's Show 'n' Shine competition - Ross Priory, by Loch Lomond.

Full details can be found and will be kept up-to-date at http://www.bmwccscotland.co.uk/meets/2009/may/show_n_shine/.

Please do your best to turn out for this event - it's open to all BMW or BMW Mini owners and it's not just for entrants, we'd be delighted to have you along as a spectator to add to the atmosphere and enjoy the spectacular setting.

Ok guys we need to start a list so I know how many we are dealing with for the BBQ. The food is included wth the entry fee so its impotant I have enough for everyone. All I need is the names of those attending on the day including passengers. I have added everyone who has said they can come. Please add/amend your name as required -

As I mentioned
Ross priory is a wee bit out of the way, perhaps we should nominate a couple of meeting points. The Showcase at Coatbridge is usual but perhaps something to the west of Glasgow would be a better idea.

For the northerners and easties Stirling services seem fair, then to the A811 and across to Gartocharn.

Just to clarify you can arrive from 10am with the judging being held at 12pm. So we need to think of times.

Im not sure how long it will take from Edinburgh to Ross Piory but I plan to go via Stirling Services and I am happy to arrange to meet up with anyone at the Gyle Edinburgh as usual.

Ok heres a suggestion around times if anyone want to hook up with us to drive through..........

    Edinburgh Gyle.......8am leaving @ 8.15am
    Stirling Sevices......9am leaving @ 9.15am
To be at Ross Priory for just after 10am.

PLEASE let me know if anyone is going to be at the Gyle as I dont want to be the only one there but then again I dont want someone turning up and nobody being there! If nobody going to be at the Gyle I will go straight to Stirling.

No one else has mentioned a Coatbridge show case meet up, but being there about 9 for a 9.30 set off seems about right for an arrival after 10.

If any one else fancies meeting up there ,say and we can convoy across

Word of warning guys.......Just noticed that if you do directions on google maps with the postcode for Ross Priory it takes you to the wrong side of Loch Lomond!
So just warning you incase any of you are using sat navs they might do the same!
