hello..i bought my z3 yesterday and today put the soft top down.when it came up again the window has ripped..does anyone know where I can buy a replacement..it appears to be zipped in but I cant work out how to get it out..does anyone have any help please. its is a 1999 reg.

Replacement windows can be bought from a BMW dealer - cheaper versions can be bought from EBay

It can be done  at home, and is easier if you have a helper 

Personally, I found the original BMW window better to fit

Tip: When installing the window as you zip it round put a stitch in about every 6" as they have a habbit of opening up when you get near the end. Hope that makes sense. Also have the roof only partially closed. What condition is the roof. Theirs a guy in Swansea can fit an entire roof any colour for £300
