   Eastern Region AGM11.30am, Saturday 3rd December 2022

Sherburn in Elmet

The Eastern Region AGM is to be held at the above location. 
Open to all members, please bring your membership card with you on the day. 
Anyone who is unable to attend but would like an item adding to the agenda please contact Paul Rice, Richard Rixham or myself  at least 7 days prior to the meeting with details.
This is your chance to have your say. 
Do you have an axe to grind with us about something, do you have an idea for a meet or an event, would you like to help but don't know where to start.. or do you just want to sit back with a coffee and find out whats going on.
This is where we plan our events calendar for the year ahead and your input would be greatly appreciated.
