Under arch cleaning

   Whilst reading the club magazine this month I've now suddenly developed the urge to clean under the wheel arches of my 4 year old E60. The only problem being that as it has run flats I have no specific jack in which to raise the car. Therefore my question is can I safely do it with a trolley jack without damaging the car and then where should I place the axle stands?
