Thats a bit odd and needs more info - I am not aware how the cooling system water can leak into the oil

If the water is going down in the cooling system then you need to pressure test to find the leak...then due to damp weather to discover if water or condensation can ingress into the box - an pol
change will show you first if it comes back - but need to help by saying if losing water in cooling system if not then its nothing to do with it at all....without removing sump and filter on box you cant check properly the oil situation - dont think on info given and if box is working its as bad as you think

You almost certainly need a new radiator.....it can`t really be anything else. Your coolant radiator incorporates a gearbox oil cooler and will have "sprung a leak" internally.

Once you have replaced the radiator, I would suggest dropping the oil pan off the gearbox to clean before replacing the gearbox oil.

Drive it for a couple of weeks then replace the gearbox oil again.

Gavin - thats fair comment but you would have expected oil to have  to have also got into the radiator as oil pipes are on top and bottom of the side header - so well worth pressurising cooling system forst for leaks
