   On Sunday 2nd Oct, we had 17 BMW's/Alpina's attend a "short notice" new event at Putteridge Bury House, on the outskirts of Luton. My thanks to everyone of you who attended.

We were the first cars ever to park on the rear gardens, and, being the first car to arrive, i was the first to use a new track in the woods to the rear of the house. A steep slope gave me cause for concern, but, successfully made it to the lawns, where i picked quite a few sticks out of the front spoiler! (it must have only just been clear of the ground)
The organisers (The ATCCC) were expecting 79 paid cars to attend - the fantastic weather meant that 162 display cars arrived . A brilliant first attempt at organising a show at a venue i am sure we will see more events at in the future.

	Drive a BMW and you will have a smile on your face every time (and- drive twice as far as you need to !!)
