I have heard that sponges and leathers should not be used any more when cleaning.
What is the alternative and where to buy if possible please?

Another question is, are alloy wheel cleaners ok to use or what is the general opinion????

I have just had a look at a few detailing sites and am absolutely amazed at the amount of products - thanks Craig!!!!!

What would be the basic starter tips and products to use??????
I read the meguiars visit but the time and effort that gets put in is amazing, I have already got a full time job + wife + 2 kids.

I would just like to make my car stand out that little bit more.....

Not sure I want to spend £130 on a buffer just yet!
