Duxford Car Show, Cambs. 1st May 2011

Just to repeat my thanks to EVERYONE that turned up yesterday to make it an enjoyable and successful day. 

This was the first time we had undertaken a Concours, and what is now, Pride of Ownership, competition.Very impressed with the standard of cars, the number of cars that entered, and, the first example of the new rules actually being judged. As an outsider, they looked to have overcome some of the previous problem areas. I will leave it to others more qualified to make more discussion points.

Thank you Bernie for organising a fantastic day, we had a really wonderful time and the weather gods were very kind to us.  The display of BMWs was second to none but all cars at Duxford evoked many memories.  Here are a few of my photos taken on the day starting with our BMWs and a few of our favourite marques.
