My thanks to Simon and Tracey for organising, for the club members, the second visit this year to Prodrive at Banbury. Also, MANY thanks to the Prodrive guide for yet another enlightening commentary, with great enthusiasm, on everything that is currently happening at Prodrive. It was great to see the Mini WRC cars that we must have seen under construction in our April visit, actually being checked over and being set up for the next event in France, having already had a podium finish this year. Was a good day out, just wish the trip back was a bit better, got stuck in closed roads and a bit of traffic :(
Thanks to Simon for organising the trip, was definatley a good one and would recommend all to go and have a look at what Prodrive can do.
Heres to the next one! :)
