This has a clash with two events previously attended by the BMWCCGB and & series. The Beaulieu German show and also the Bentley Wildfowl & Motor museum event at Lewes.

David, I will speak to some colleagues tonight and come back with an answer for you.

David, this may be a "missed" opportunity, but I have to say that we are pretty much committed to something most weekends.

I am unsure if you are planning to attend any of the major events such as the Silverstone Classic or Gaydon? Perhaps you might come to Basingstoke pub meet on Tuesday and have a chat with a few other members who will be there?

i too am going as a private person

the cut of for single car entries is 1st july so if anybody who wishes to go to a great show . click on the link and fill in the entry form

I have subsequently been contacted by the Organiser say we could still have a plot for up to 8 cars, therefore is there any interest?

David, do you want to coordinate and have the BMWs together or do you wish to remain as you have booked? If you wish to have them all together I can give the names and registrations to the organiser and see what they can do, that would make 4 of us, I know one other is going, but was not planning to show but could probably be persuaded.

There would be no additional cost and if there is I will take responsibility for it.

Ok I have now secured a 50 x 50 space for 8 cars with the organiser, this is an Official BMW CC GB meet. I personally, not the Club will pay the organiser and those wishing to attend, any BMW can pay me.

Thus far we have

Thank you! I will inform the organiser then any chance you can give me the car registrations and colour and full name of the person. Do this by private message please.

Ok that means there are 2 spaces left for any type of BMW, club members will have first option after those who have already committed.

Please do not purchase a ticket if you are one of the 8 people attending. I have paid the organiser in full for the stand space.You can pay me 10.00 on the day.

We are permitted to put up as many flags, bunting, banners and club advertising as we wish. We can also erect a Gazebo.

If anyone wishes to camp on site it is free, there are toilets and running water but not showering facilities.

The are club prizes for the best stands and feed back from the public about how helpful and friendly clubs were.

I will have all the entry passes and will work out a method that suits all so that they are in possession of them.

I shall be staying locally the day before so I shall be as early as necessary.

There is no restriction on promoting the club whatsoever.

The organisers are delighted to have the Official BMW Car club at the event.

David, if they are serious and want to commit then I am very happy, but I do need from you all of the names and car registrations please. Those two will complete the number of 8 and we will have our team and quota filled.
