Variety Club of Great Britain - Family Fun day

   Hi all, 

I work for the De Vere Venues company, part of De Vere Group, who is the largest provider of conference and training facilities in the Uk. This company also has in its Wokefield Porperty, the UK's BMW Academy.
De Vere and the Variety club, the children's charity have been working in partnership in order to raise funds to support children in need.
Most of De Vere's property, run annually a family day out with loads of entertainement and a nice barbeque for the whole family.
The property I work for, Horsley Park in East Horsley near Guildford, holds annually this event and this year it will most likely to be organized on a Sunday in July. The date hasn't been confirmed yet.
There is a small entrance fee for adult and the children have free access. the barbeque and other entertainment games are also available for a small fee ald all the proceedings will go to the VAriety club.
Therefore, I would like to know what are your thoughts about this. I can reserve an area for BMW car club members who would like to display their cars.

	Dear all, I finally have the final details of this event. Following the success of last years event, we would like to welcome you back for an afternoon of fun and games between 12-4pm in the beautiful grounds of Horsley Park. In aid of the Variety Club, the children's charity. There will be attractions for all the family, a mouth watering BBQ, refreshments and the opportunity to view the historic towers dressed at her best. Fun for all the family, bringing the community together. • Bungee run • Bouncy Castle • Pedal kart racers • Human table football • Giant Garden games • Face Painting • Apple Bobbing • Beat the keeper admission fee is £2.50 per adult and children up to 12 years old go free.
