Hi!
I, have just purchased a wind deflector for above said vehicle, can anybody tell me how to fit it?
I am particularly concerned about removing the plastic roll-over bar covers as my local BMW dealer tells me they very easily break, as these components cost in excess £25 each I would be grateful for any input.
               Regards,
                             Bob.

Thanks for that Mike, Im new to this game but I suppose I'll get there in the end,
I had all the parts ready when we started this mini project so we took it really really steady,
we managed to get all the roll-bar hoops off intact phew!
then we found out the only difference between the new parts and the ones we removed were 4 holes
drilled into the two rear hoops, So with calipers(engineering) a bit of insulating tape and a new drill bit
we proceeded to engineer my own hoops to the specified measurements, they fit perfectly, I then returned the new parts to my local dealer thus recouping £107:94p,
                                                                                         Regards,
                                                                                                    Bob.
