BMW SUNDAY SOUTHERN AREA CONCOURS

MONTACUTE HOUSE SOMERSET
12th May 2013

Joint Concours competition with Western, Wessex, Wales and South West regions.Of course as with all BMW Car Club event all members are very welcome. Normal Concours rules will apply but please do not be put of by "Concours" we will only be running Pride of Ownership Classes.
This a beautiful setting in a National Trust House and Garden we hope to display the Concours cars in front of the house. If for some reason you feel you do not want to enter please come along check us out you may feel you would like to enter and you may go away with a prize. There will be special trophy awarded to the best car on the day. The "David Leake Trophy in honor of David, long time club member, also very much involved in Concours  regionally and nationally.

Ron apologies this clashes with the Basingstoke Festival of Transport and I have comitted to that. It is a pity they clash otherwise I would have love to attend, although I am not sure my car would be able to compete in concours, you will have seen it in the magazine.

Looks like the weather should be Ok on the day and we have had a lot of interest.   See you all there stewards will be there from approx 8.00 judging starts 10.30. We will just have Pride of Ownership in all 5 classes.

A great result for our very first Southern event 25 entry's for Concours and 100 cars on show. Well done to all who turned and and all the helpers. Full report in the July club magazine.
