Does anyone know if the Alpina B3 uses the 330's front wishbones, or are they a special part, as they look like aluminium ones, and not sure it they are a 330 part. They aren’t shown in the Alpina Catalogue.

I was also told the B3 uses the 330 Sport front Disks, but wondered if any one can confirm this, as they are shown in the Alpina Parts Catalouge.

Also has anyone replaced the front ball joints, as I've been told they are part of the front wishbones, and I need to replace mine, and just what to way up the size of the job?

Cheers

John

Hi i don`t know for sure, but if they are Allum then they will be 330 sport
The wishbones can be bought with rear bushes fitted (FEBI Who make for BMW) Are available from http://www.fabdirect.com/stock/fab/axstocksearch2.asp

DIY here

My advice is buy a balljoint fork as you will need one for sure
Myself and a 15 year old managed the job in 4 hours
