   Copy of email from David Frith announcing a Grand Office Opening on 5th October: 

Dear All
I can now announce the official opening date of the office as Saturday 5th October and whilst I know many wont be able to attend there is going to be great show of cars as the Welsh Region have already committed 20.

The cafe on site will be open and I am planning a great photo shoot on the sands of Ynyslas where all cars can drive on the hard flat sands of the estuary and hotel rooms at discounted prices can be arranged for the Friday or Saturday or both.

I will be inviting all local BMW owners via the local paper with a view to a members joining deal and the prospect of one of our dealers to take part as well.

Erin's staff and 20% discount will be available for the ladies and a party in the evening can be arranged for those looking for a party to round off a most difficult year for the club in style.

I will also arrange for our best wheel refurb guy to be on site and there may be a draw for one car to be detailed on the day and lots more I haven't thought of yet.

Of course all the girls will be proud to show you the offices so anybody up for a party please contact the office as soon as possible and indicate if accommodation is required
