On 23 May we are having our first chance to meet up since
last August on the Kielder Picnic in rural Northumberland. We will meet at
10:00 for a 10:30 departure. The run will start at 10:30am and participants
should aim to be at the gathering point at 10:00. The run will then follow
scenic roads to Kielder. At Kielder Water we will stop at one of the large car
parks for a picnic. There are large lakeside grass areas so in addition to
bringing your own food and drinks please bring along any picnic blankets,
chairs, sun shades etc that you might need. After the picnic members are free
to leave as/when and make your own way home. The detailed instructions will be
emailed to all North East members a day or two beforehand.
