Lakes Run update.
Hi all I hope this message finds you all safe and well. Sam has been in touch to say the hotel are asking what we intend to do about our run in September. After speaking to Sam we are in agreement that if we go ahead we could still run into difficulty with the size of our group and it's still not clear what sort of restrictions will be in place by September. Therefore I would like your feedback on how you think we should go forward. 1 Go ahead this Sept with possible restrictions. 2 Postpone again until Sept 2022 3 Ask for a refund on our deposit If you could reply with your preference this would be greatly appreciated. Lakes run now officially moved to 10th -11-12th September 2022 as requested, new contract written up by the hotel .

Hi all Hope your all well Well here we go again its about that time to sort things for our third attempt at our lakes weekend. Could i ask that everyone that still wants to go add their name to the list below stating if you have booked and paid deposit. Anyone wishing to join us that has not yet booked can add their name but will need to contact the hotel to check they have availability. Dont forget to state its for the BMW car club weekend its Sat 10th & Sun 11th Sept some have chose to book fri throiugh to monday thats entirely up to you. The hotel are keen to get exact numbers of rooms we need so they know what they have available for other customers. called hotel but they can't find my booking, they were very busy so I said I'd call back next week. I have found original confirmation email for 2020 booking but no updated emails to confirm updated booking. I have found a £30 deposit paid from my bank statement at time of booking, I'll call again next week and get this sorted

Unfortunately we're not going to make this now . Circumstances have changed and we now have a new wee dog ( last one passed suddenly ) and have no one at this stage to look after her . Catch up at Crainlarich Hotel at the October meet . Cheers

Hi all hope everyone is well.
Sam has been in touch with the hotel to check on our bookings and all is good. This is a reminder for all of those who booked two years ago now that we will be Finally going ahead This Sept. The run is Sunday 11th sept most of us booked for the sat night but I know some have also booked extra nights. Looking foreword to seeing everyone 👍.
