We are sorting out a full calendar soon to go with our track days

Plan is to have sprints...hill climbs....targa rallies and some single venue rallies

Also planned are some events where we can have some car displays ...will post all info soon

If anyone wants to send over info on local events to them that they can help with let me know cheers Neil

This is one of the new events to be coordinated by Motorsport and E30 registers and with help from modified section to make a good show...all members and registers are welcome to join us

Hi Neil, I and another car club member are doing the palace hillclimb on the Sunday, it's an excellent well run event . This will be my 4th year competing so if I can help just let me know.

Hia...be good to catch up...I was thinking of doing the sprint but we now have a carclub display also on the 2 days

Maybe if enough of us doing it we can form a BMW team ....give me a call or fond and see us on the display cheers Neil

I was at Silverstone yesterday for the VSCC day, was good. Guy in E30 was leading the way. When are you at Silverstone?

just a reminder to anyone thinking of coming motorsport at the palace sprint is this Sunday and Monday.

A few members are running 2x e30 m3 1x e12 528 1x E46 m3 and a turbocharged s14 engine 2002 touring.

Any of those E30 M3 Evo? I am looking for one for the M3/M4 launch 21 June 14 at Vines BMW Guildford, in good condition, if anyone can help would be much appreciated.

Sorry cannot attend the event already committed to two other BMWCC events.

Crystal Palace Sprint 25th-26th May 2014.

Hi there,
 
With this year's event only days away, the last cogs are being put into place, the drivers and cars are all revved up, the armco is surrounding the track and the entertainment in place.

This year’s event focuses on the near legendary 1971 Osram Saloon Car race, which saw Mike Crabtree, Martin Thomas and Gerry Marshall wage an epic battle for victory in one of the most exciting races of the era, a race so thrilling as to feature in the BBC’s 100 Great Sporting Moments.

So this issue of the newsletter reflects this and gives you some insight into this race of the past.
