At long last we have an event planned that is within easy reach of Eastern Members living in Lincolnshire.
Nigel and Deborah have worked it all out and the details can now be found on the club events list at: http://bmwcarclubgb.uk/events/2015/09/mystery_solved.html or see the post after this. Should be a good day out, particularly if the weather is good. If you decide to book a meal, then please do it for 1:30 after the boat trip. Mention BMW Car Club GB. A great Family event. Please post here if you wish to be included in the list of attendees. Currently we have:

The mystery canal trip that Nigel and Deborah have organised is a mystery now solved. Join them on the Barford Belle starting at Brayford Wharf, Brayford Pool, Lincoln, Lincolnshire LN1 1YX for a one hour trip on the canal. When you arrive at the destination, there are several choices of what to do. Eat at the Barge on the Brayford, a splendid floating restaurant, or one of the other restaurants in the area, or take a picnic with you if you wish. Click here to visit the website and book a table at the barge on the Brayford mentioning BMW Car Club GB. Book for 1:30.
Whatever, make sure that you are back at the canal for the return trip. Time will be advised on the day. Full details of the Canal trip are at http://lincolnboattrips.co.uk/So far we have 19 people attending, so we qualify for the concessionary rate of £6 per head. Please email howard@bmwcarclubgb.co.uk to advise if you want to sail on the canal, at the very latest the end of August. Or add your name to the list.
