I cant believe we are organising the October meet already! Where has
the year gone? Anyhoo October will be a Dine & Drive meet in Stirling. We will return to the Riverhouse Restaurant
at 1pm and a run will be optional as I am aware that we have covered a
few miles over the summer months. (I have managed to do 10,000 since
April!!!! So if the demand is there on the day we can take a drive and if not the lunch and a chat will be fine. We need to book the tables for this one so please add your name to
the list noting whether you will be eating or not! Attending 1. Issy - eating...........(if back from holidays on time!) Edited by issy - 10 Nov 2010 at 11:39pm |

Last Sunday's meet was a Dine & Drive meet, starting at the Riverhouse Restaurant at Stirling.
Another Good turnout (17 cars / 30 people) - Welcome to newbies Alan (E46) and Alan (Tiko's friend E90) The restaurant provided a cracking menu with a huge amount of choices - prices started at £6.95 for a starter and main course. Fancier items on the menu carried a surcharge, but an additional £4 for a steak was good value Following the meal, it was decided to have the drive part of the meet - this was to be a drive over the Duke's Pass. This proved so popular, that most of us did the reverse route, back to the Riverhouse, as well. The weather was kind and the the sun even came out, so us "topless" drivers could get our roofs down A few of my photos of the day ... A few of the cars at today's meet ![]() ![]() ![]() Apologies for the larger size - if I made it smaller, it wouldn't do it justice ![]() I stopped off for a cheeky wee photo when we were crossing the Duke's Pass ![]() Not one of our group, but nice to see a new Z4 in the metal
