South West AGM and Visit

Saturday 9 October SW AGM 
The AGM will be at 4:45pm at the Blue Ball Inn, Sidford, EX10 9QL followed by a meal starting at around 6:00pm.  The AGM and meal will be followed by a visit to the Norman Lockyer Observatory, near Sidford where the special event for that evening is �Andromeda and her Galaxies�.

We need to be at the Observatory by 7:20pm for 7:30pm start. Admission is �5 per person. We need to know numbers that may be planning to attend all or part of the AGM, meal or visit. If anyone wishes to stay overnight after all that star gazing, the Blue Ball do B&B for �95 per couple.  Please book direct with the pub - 01395 514062

Please try to attend the AGM as there are important issues for the South West that will be raised and your attendance will be greatly valued. 

Don�t forget the pub meet on the last Thursday evening of every month at the Passage House Pub, Hackney Lane, Kingsteignton, Newton Abbot, TQ12 3QH.
