It's time to buy my first warranty as the 3 year manufacturers warranty is about to expire. Warranty Direct quote £460 with £25 excess per claim and BMW are "offering " theirs for £894 with £100 excess per claim.

Has anybody got experience of using Warranty Direct, please?

My BMW Warranty is also due soon and I'm also thinking of changing over to Warranty Direct (WD)

I can't comment on WD, apart from discussions with their Sales, but check out comments from Z Register Members on ZRoadster.net

BMW W includes BMW On-Call, but I think you have to take out Recovery with WD?
Also check for discount via the Members Area of the BMWCC Web Site

I have just cancelled my WD warranty.  I was very dissappointed with it.  I never appreciated the cost of the BMW extended programme but at least they weren't as slippery or difficult to deal with as WD have been with me.
