Xmas Night Oot.... In Edinburgh! Saturday 24th January at 3pm Maxies Bistro 5B Johnstone Terrace Edinburgh EH1 2PW After much debating and discussion it has been decided to not do the usual Xmas party night in December but instead to go to our family restuaraunt, Maxies Bistro in Edinburgh for food and a few drinks out in town after. If you can send me a pre order or add them to your post that will help out the kitchen staff greatly. Also pop your name bellow with how many are coming along..i.e- Paul +1 etc. Maxies Bistro BMW Christmas Menu £29.95
Starters Homemade Roasted Parsnip and Pine Kernel Soup Spicy Crab Cakes served with a Mango Chutney Creamy Garlic Mushrooms with Garlic Bread Deep fried Brie served with Cranberry Jelly Haggis and Black pudding Bon Bon with a Sweet Chilli Dip
Main Course Chicken Breast Stuffed with Haggis in a Peppercorn Sauce Traditional Beer Battered Fish and Chips Scotch Boarder Rib Eye Steak served with a choice of Garlic, Blue Cheese, or Peppercorn Sauce Lamb Chops on a bed of Haggis, Neeps and Tatties with a Whisky Sauce (can be served without the Haggis, Neeps & Tatties) Mussels served with a choice of Creamy Garlic, Hot Chilli or Italian Sauce served with Fries Wild Mushroom Tagliatelle

Sadly Me and Gillian are now out for this one.
There are no trains running over the bridge from 17th till 25th January for engineering works and the bus service between Edinburgh and Fife is slower than a week in jail especially when you've had 1 or 10 pints. Apologies. Hopefully catch up with you all soon.
