Does anyone know of an available mod that makes heel and toeing possible in the Z4M roadster. I do not like the lottery of trying to use  the side of my foot. I know ultimate pedals in the Usa do one but I was looking for a UK source.

Thanks

I have found this a problem on various cars, due to 'safety' people forcing manufacturers to space the pedals further apart in the beleif that peole drive wearing wellington boots!

My answer was always to remove the brake and throttle pedals, and bend them sideways a little.  In the case of cars with organ-type throttle pedals such as BMW, the throttle cannot be bent, so a little extra bending of the brake pedal is usually necessary.

On a couple of cars I had to cut the brake pedal in half and weld a distance piece of square steel tube between the halves.

Hi there, I've got a Z4 M Coupe, and I originally found the same problem your talking about, however I recently had a dealer fit the Steel (not actually sure what they are made of!?) pedal set. More for looks than anything, however a result has been that its put them in a much nicer position for H2T driving.

Know, I'm not sure if this happened because of the way they were fitted as the dealer told me they had not done that job in a long long time.

As far as I remember it didn't cost to much, if you want I'll dig out the price.

F.

Thanks for the input guys. I have a BMW specialist looking into the fitting right now.
